“Character”

Alphonso Corporation is a company developing a fitness business called “CURVES”.

This company is really unique because the staffs are all womens except officers. Communication is most their important thing, like they think that staffs are their own family.

The office space suitable for such a company is an open space which is completely open like, there is no partition. I planed open ceiling that  for part of design.

In fact, removed dipptone ceiling which was a conventional ceiling material, painted base frame, and made it a foundation for the plantings.

The walls in the corridor, changed to blackboards for using a communication tool between the staff members.

Moreover, in order to express the company image “Character of individual staff is various, but we are one color” which is the feature of this company, the exterior was expressed with a gradation of gray.

I hope that communication within the company will become active by this design.
