“a grain of rice”

This bakery, which opened at Hiroshima Train Vert Building in summer 2012, mainly sells bread that is made from rice powder.
This type of bread has been much-talked-about recently. Amid a flurry of various reputations, I wanted to introduce the true value of breads made from rice powder. Rice has supported the daily diet in Japan since ancient times. As it is an absolutely necessary grain for us, I had put the special shape of the shop, the frontage being extremely narrow while the height of the ceiling is high, to good use in order to express each grain of rice, that are source of life to us, by grains of lights.
