“Contrast”

In Barcelona of the time when Guell Park was designed, industrialization was rapidly progressing. For antithesis, Gaudi tried to build a new space where people can live surrounded by nature and art.

At around of the Mos Burger Nanki Shirahama, people do not feel impression so much to the nature. Because beautiful nature is too ordinary for them.

Therefore, I tried to use vivid colors in that space for letting people recognize colors of beautiful nature again.

In fact, by using a colorful crash tile on the wall and controlling the height, we created a world of only sky, tree, sea and tiles.

In addition, by severing the surface of the sea in an arc shape, I represented the water surface accumulating in the bowl.
