“An”

Ann&Co is a place where you can enjoy “anko”, a Japanese traditional sweet paste made by boiling red beans, white kidney beans and etc., with various kinds of foods.
There are many kinds of an, but the most well-known ones are “white an” and “black an”.
“white an”: made from white kidney beans or white scarlet runner beans
“black an”: made from red beans

Therefore, I had piled up bricks that vary in size and color in order to express the world-view of Ann&Co through materials.
