“All figure to be decided by functions”

Maintenance free is the most intensive point for this project by the client.
My answer is that all Electrical and Mechanical devices such as lightings, air-conditionings, sprinklers, speakers, are designed as interior features and set lower level where customer can repair easily.
Getting rid of all decorations achieves exactly represents ‘All figure to be decided by functions’.
