Ichidoku Group company runs there udon, soba and tempura restaurants. The philosophy of Ichidoku Group is \u201cto create a store that people want to go to\u201d. \u00a0<br><br>As the client thought it would be possible to open a place in Shinjuku where adults can enjoy and\u00a0take a pleasure in drinking alone, he decided to open such store.\u00a0<br><br>In fact, we designed an interior where each seat accommodates only one person.
